Mary Foley Panszi

For nearly thirty years, Mary has been the voice for thousands of clients in all areas of Family Law. Whether her client’s case involves the division of major assets or an emotionally charged custody battle, Mary strives to resolve family conflict without expensive and devastating litigation.

Her compassionate, yet straight-forward approach is the key to achieving successful resolutions with all family law issues including divorce, child custody, adoption, domestic partnerships and premarital agreements. As a trained and experienced Collaborative Divorce Attorney, Mary believes in a system that allows both parties to work together so that each can move toward a new future without battle scars from the process.

Mary graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1988. She is a registered Family Law Mediator. Because of her experience and success, Mary is frequently chosen by her colleagues to mediate family law disputes.

Mary is AV-approved by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, an objective indicator of high ethical standards and professional abilities, as evaluated by her fellow colleagues. She is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, the Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals, and the Central Indiana Association of Collaborative Professionals.

When she is not working, Mary enjoys traveling throughout the United States and Mexico, where she lived for one and a half years. Mary is fluent in Spanish, which allows her to readily assist Spanish-speaking clients who need representation or other assistance.
